True Faith in God!

Genisis 22
Ok so alot of people who know me know that this is my favorite chapter in the Bible! It has so many aspects of how strong in faith I want to be! This is the story of how God tests Abraham on his faith and how devoted he is.
God tell's Abraham "Take your son, your ONLY son Isaac whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrafice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about"
So Abraham did exactly what God had said. The next day he took Isaac and two servants and satteld up a donkey and headed for Moriah.
They traveled for three days and finally they had reached the place God had told him about. So Abraham said to the servants............"Stay here with the donkey, I and the boy go over there. We will worship and then we will come back to you."
Now I really liked how he said we will come back to you. That was the first sign that he knew that God would take care of them.
So they took the wood, fire, and knife and headed to the mountain. but Issac began to wounder what was going on. So he asked his father"We have the wood and the fire and the knife but..... where is the lamb for the burnt offering?"And Abraham replied:......"God Himself will provide the lamb my son!"
I really loved how Abraham says that. He didnt necasaraly know that God would give them a lamb but he knew that God will always Provide. And he had so much faith in God that he would do exactly what God said no matter how much is would cost him.
So they get to the top and Abraham sets up the alter and then ties Isaac to it. He then grabs the knife to kill him with and just as he was about to stab his son.......... an Angel of the Lord appeard and said........"Do not lay a hand on the boy! Do not do anything to him!... Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld yor only son from Me"
And then Abraham look up and stuck in the thicket was a ram. so Abraham sacraficed the ram instead of his son by the Will of God!... Abraham decided to call this place The Lord Will Provide!
So in the end Abraham did exactly what God wanted him to do just by his faith and love for God alone. And he knew that what ever happend he did because its what God wanted!
